2. Data we collect
We collect only the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form: name and email address. We do not carry out user profiling and we do not sell data to third parties.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Contact data is processed for the purpose of responding to your enquiry (legal basis: legitimate interest / performance of pre-contractual measures, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Embedded external content
Pages on this site display tour images hosted on TripAdvisor servers (media-cdn.tripadvisor.com). This external content behaves exactly as if the visitor had accessed the TripAdvisor website directly: TripAdvisor may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking and monitor your interaction with that content.

5. Other third-party providers
OpenStreetMap — tour pages that display a map load the map tiles from OpenStreetMap Foundation servers (tile.openstreetmap.org), which involves the transmission of your IP address to that foundation. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
6. Data retention
Data provided through the contact form is retained only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and, at most, for the limitation period applicable to any legal claims that may arise from it (3 years, in accordance with art. 1967 of the Spanish Civil Code). Once that period has elapsed, the data will be deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction of processing by writing to hola@islandiamagica.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
